Despite market change and few other hurdles the team achieved very successful results. Blake did an amazing job introducing me to the property. He effectively outlined and communicated its desirable features with ease, projecting confidence on the properties unique qualities, the location, and the price. This was the first of 15 inspections I had booked for the day, and I barely bothered going to the others after viewing this one. Thanks Blake!

I had Kat for my inspection, and she was lovely. Very warm welcome and super knowledgeable, which was reassuring amidst the fluctuating rental market currently. Following that, all communication I received from home estate agents was timely and helpful, it seems like they work together as a team well and keep everyone in the loop. So far so good!

Blake has been working for us on our properties now for over 12 months. He is a charming, polite young man who is proactive and consultative. His prompt attention to problems is refreshing. Blakes advice is considered and appropriate and when he is unsure of an issue he has no problem in consulting colleagues with more experience and conveying their advice. I must say I'm delighted with his work and especially his communication in keeping us up to date
