I rented my place for 7 years and for 5 of those Daniel Lo and Blake Muscat looked after me and my leasing matters. Both Daniel and Blake were consistently polite, understanding, empathetic , RESPONSIVE and always attending to any concern or maintenance request promptly with no hesitation. Even when I had a concerns after hours Daniel or Blake would have no problem giving me a call to make sure I was ok. Over the years there were several challenges with my unit and they were always attentive and responsive doing their best, as I could see, for me as the tenant not just the property owners. Of all the property managers I’ve ever had this was the best experience in my 22 years of renting. Makes a difference dealing with good people when it has to do with your HOME!

Blake and Tim were great to deal with, Blake was knowledgeable and easy to deal with when viewing the property, the application process was easy, and we had an answer back quickly. Tim answered all our questions in a timely manner when arranging the lease and both agents are very respectful,friendly and professional. There was a slight issue with pool certification but this was not reflective of the agents and was a compliance issue which should be solved quickly. All in all a really good experience.
