Blake Muscat worked very hard to secure the best tenants for my next rental, ensuring a smooth transition from one tenant group to the next with minimal delay. This was facilitated by his excellent market knowledge and his conscientious hard work after hours and during the weekend, communicating with the prospective tenants and myself plus securing the pre-rental approval interview by the company title committee over the weekend. He kept me well informed throughout the process and impressed me with his professionalism. I can highly recommend Blake Muscat from Home Estate Agency for his professionalism, market knowledge and communication skills.

Home Estate Agents have always been very professional and efficient managing the lease of my unit. I have had a few tenants break lease, but Home have had my property back on the market in no time and usually find a new tenant within a week

Andrew and Blake were excellent to deal with. They got me a tenant within 24hours when my property was vacant for 4 weeks with my previous agent. Well done and I highly recommend them.

Paige has been outstanding to work with. Working within a tight timeframe, Paige not only secured a tenant promptly but also negotiated a fair increase based on a competitive market. Could not ask for anything more, highly recommend Paige and the Home Estate Agents team.

I rented my place for 7 years and for 5 of those Daniel Lo and Blake Muscat looked after me and my leasing matters. Both Daniel and Blake were consistently polite, understanding, empathetic , RESPONSIVE and always attending to any concern or maintenance request promptly with no hesitation. Even when I had a concerns after hours Daniel or Blake would have no problem giving me a call to make sure I was ok. Over the years there were several challenges with my unit and they were always attentive and responsive doing their best, as I could see, for me as the tenant not just the property owners. Of all the property managers I’ve ever had this was the best experience in my 22 years of renting. Makes a difference dealing with good people when it has to do with your HOME!
