Nick and the team from Home Estate Agents gave invaluable advice about finding a tenant and getting the lease squared away in extremely challenging times. They were always responsive to my calls and were able to craft innovative solutions to get the property in shape to advertise and then to get a top tenant in at the appropriate rent.
Home Estate Agents
After having an extremely disappointing experience with another well known agency, Andrew and his team at Home Estate Agents have been unbelievably helpful from the word go. I have not had to worry about a single issue and am loving the very frequent updates and proactivity around the leasing of my apartment. They have gone above and beyond their roles of property agents with not only swiftly advertising and successfully leasing out my place with new tenants (which was done in the shortest turnaround during the uncertain time surrounding COVID-19) but have provided constant invaluable advice and guidance with all things property. Any issues or obstacles along the way have been dealt with well and with a cheery face! I would highly recommend using Home Estate agents for anything real estate related as their customer-centric focus is second to none and will not leave you disappointed.

Home Estate Agents
Home Estate have been looking after my rental property for 5 years. They are efficient, fast and keep me well informed. Within two weeks of being notified that the tenants had given notice the property was advertised, open inspections carried out and an application received for new tenants. Thanks again Alexi for excellent service!

We are so happy with Home Estate Agents & they are definitely the agency we use and recommend to family & friends. Andrew is fantastic. He's professional, genuine, friendly & goes above & beyond to get the best outcome. Our rental agent, Dominica is fabulous too. She communicated with us regularly, knows the market & really put in extra effort to get the right tenant for us quickly. If you want sincere agents that truly care about getting the best outcome for you and have the ability & work ethic to make it happen, then Home Estate Agents are your go to agency.
