I have been dealing with Andrew and Ali when leasing out my property and they have been fantastic. They found a suitable tenant straight away and have always made themselves available to answer any questions or queries we had. Would highly recommend using the team at Home Estate.

My husband and I have had our fair share of dealing with slack real estate agents and agencies in our years, and can both say we have finally struck gold with our agent and property manager Alexi Alexander who has gone above and beyond in his role. Highly professional, experienced and reliable, Alexi has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has restored our faith in agents in general.

This Agency has never failed our expectations whether we needed to lease/manage or sell a property. We have recommended them to our clients who were looking to lease or sell their renovated properties, and every time Home Real Estates agents managed to leave a great impact on these clients. Thanks to their wonderful staff who deliver a great service , we look forward to keep doing business with them!

When our tenants gave notice to vacate, Carl immediately took up the challenge to organise quotes for upgrades and refurbishment. Due to reasonable wear & tear, the house needed a full repaint, recarpet and many other small things to be done. Carl was able to make the entire process very smooth and stress free. The house now has new tenants for an improved rental and minimal vacancy. We could not speak highly enough of Carl and his team!

I chose John and Dominica from Home Estate Agents because they were well informed, personable and professional. Not only were they super efficient but we also got a great end result. Happy tenants/happy landlord. Thank you and well done!

Our family has used Home Real Estate for letting 2 properties and gave found them to be very involved, particular, thorough and very cognisant of our needs as Landlords and the Tenant's needs as well, so that a good fit could be arranged. The staff we have had contact with have been polite ,respectful and thorough. I would use them again without hesitation

I've had investment properties for 35 years and Home Estate agents are by far the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Most recently at short notice they put together an advertising campaign, helped me through getting the right tradesmen for repairs on my house, found suitable tenants all while I was overseas. Their attention to detail and care factor was first class I can highly recommend them.

I have used Home for several years to manage my property. Always helpful.

I've been with Home for over 6.5 years and wouldn't change. On a day to day basis it's great and Andrew, who runs the company is amazing. However, as the company has grown and with staff turnovers the experience of tenancy change has dropped. I recently changed tennants and had expressed to the manager I'm not in a position to have a vacant property so was dissapointed to see my latest rental statement where the new tenant has pushed out the start date by 2 weeks without my knowing. It's made life tougher as I had budgeted on a different cash flow. I'd still sign with this agency in a heartbeat as the next agreement period will he a dream.
