She always kept me updated and consulted me whenever a good application was received - giving her views and getting my opinion too. The property managers Ian McNamee can be contacted only by calling their office but the call is promptly transferred to the property manager or call returned as soon as the manager becomes available. Quite happy with their service too. They were always on top of the tenant ensuring proper payment of rent, reimbursement of water charges, etc. They also ensured that the property is well maintained and that I was able to inspect the property too whenever I happen to visit Canberra.
