My property became vacant recently and I am very happy with the way my property manager Courtney went ahead and found a new tenant. She always kept me updated and consulted me whenever a good application was received - giving her views and getting my opinion too. The property managers Ian McNamee can be contacted only by calling their office but the call is promptly transferred to the property manager or call returned as soon as the manager becomes available. Quite happy with their service too. They were always on top of the tenant ensuring proper payment of rent, reimbursement of water charges, etc. They also ensured that the property is well maintained and that I was able to inspect the property too whenever I happen to visit Canberra.

Alysha was friendly & professional when we met to view the property, she kept me informed of the progress of my application. There were some maintenance issues which I was unaware of the correct procedures to report. When I learnt the correct procedures these issues were seen to quickly.

I have been dealing with Courtney, and I give her a 5 star rating. I have found Courtney to be professional, and very responsive to all my enquires. She is very knowledgeable of the property market in this area, and I would highly recommend her.
I have been dealing with Sukh for last one year for our rental home in Jerrabomberra and I just can’t emphasise enough how easy she has made all the process of managing the property and helping with tenants. Can only highly recommend her for promptness and professionalism but with a genuine care for the owner as well as the tenant, this is what is required in real estate not any fancy gimmicks but genuine care and attention to details!!!
