McNamee's run a very good strata management Section with lots of attention to detail, with the provision of a very inclusive information management system. Landlords have managed access to drill down to all expenditure items, budgets, and comprehensive financials, work plans, Insurances etc. Inspections and leases appear to be well managed, in comparison, some other known strata management agencies can be (and are) mis managed financial and management disasters. Staff are friendly and appear to be on top of their responsibilities. Pleasing to know investment property is well managed.

We have just moved to Canberra from Queensland, and moved to our new place at Jerra. We have found the team to be friendly and helpful so far, and accommodating to a request for more time over the Christmas break to return our Entry checklist. Always found them hurry or no time to talk to tenants. Reported some very small but urgent issues (ex. very loose kitchen tap and leaking of the sink, problem with the shower door).. nothing is happened in one month time. Very few matters are dealt with, so not much comments :)

As far as real estate agents go I would say that this is the McDonalds of real estates. They weren’t exceptional, however I got exactly what I expected which was a rental property. Alternatively there was nothing bad about the whole experience either.

Rented for 1st time and had very unpleasant experience. Pre-damaged Canster and I was asked to fix on my own cost as I have not mentioned ingoing inspection. I was really surprised by the response received from agent. I never thought I have to be that precise in the report. Actually the damage was concealed which I found once it is broken.
