We were in real need to move in somewhere. Unit is good and rent is also reasonable. I am not kind of not happy with managing agent as in lease application I mistakenly mentioned a wrong commencement date which overlapped two weeks rent with previous property and I requested that if we could move in two or at least one week later but she mentioned you either move in on mentioned date or you won’t get the property. Generally, other agents ask the owner if they are okey with but here it was just yes or no! Also when signing the lease, we were rushed to sign the lease agreement without reading it. I hope for the positive experience being a tenant.
