Alen has been a pleasure to deal with. He's a skilled negotiator and is extremely competent with proven results in the outer northern suburbs areas, particularly Epping where I was selling. Alen had been my first choice to sell my home but my neighbour went on the market around the time I was looking to (using Alen as her agent after I'd mentioned him to her) and beat me to it. I wasn't keen to use the same agent with overlapping sales campaigns for various reasons, and unfortunately, I went elsewhere. This proved to be a costly mistake which resulted in a failed campaign despite the hot market at the time with high clearance rates at auction. I was forced to wait out an authority period and then got in discussions again with Alen who immediately arranged a photographer so he could show some people he had in mind before it even hit the market. One of those people was happy to buy it at a good price and we locked away a sale well in advance of the planned auction date. I couldn't be happier! This was a hassle-free, stress-free experience! Would always recommend Alen to anyone I know is looking to sell. He's a champion!

After the 3rd bid, we couldn't listen anymore. We sat away from the front of the house and let Alen do what we engaged him (and the rest of the team at Iconek) to do. And he didnt let us down. In extracting 39 bids and raising the price from the first bid to the last bid (a difference of $176,000 from first to last) was testament to how hard Alen was willing to work to achieve an outstanding result for us. A final sale price significantly greater than our reserve price. We couldn't have been more impressed with Alen and the rest of the Iconek team and would have no hesitation in recommending Alen (and Iconek) in selling your home at Auction. Fantastic result for us by an extremely talented and tenacious auctioneer. Friends and family in the crown watching on also commented on what a great job Alen did in extracting every last dollar there was to be extracted. Top Job.
