Highly recommended
After much consideration, we appointed Alen Hewson and his team at Iconek to handle the sale of our family home of over 20 years. Very professional and great auctioneer
We sold through Alen Hewson because we have seen him at other auctions and he really works for the vendors. We got a massive $640,000 for our house in Lalor. We highly recommend.

The Best Agent.
I am very happy with the price Alen and the team got for me. I had 3 other agents quote me $470,000 and Alen got me at Auction $535,000. We had an offer lower than that before the Auction and Alen told me not to accept it, it made believe he was working for me. I highly recommend everybody use Alen.

High calibre professional agent
Alen had extensive market knowledge of our area. This was extremely beneficial to as he gave us good reason to sell Privately instead of Auction - a great win for us as we weren't stressed or pressured on the hard 'sell' and we knew that auctions just don't work in this particular estate. Our opens were busy and successful and Alen made sure to follow up on potential buyers always providing us with weekly feedback. A likeable gentlemen, dressed and presented immaculately who was able to achieve us a record price! we couldn't have been happier
