Jonathan and his team helped us prepare for sale of our family home by making recommendations about renovations we might consider prior to the sale campaign. His renovation team was exceptional and we were pleased with every aspect of their work. Moving toward the sale of our home, Jonathan helped us understand each step of the process and how to prepare our home for open houses, styling and photographs. Jonathan negotiated with interested buyers soon after the first open house and kept us informed of the offers. He showed people through the home for private viewings during this time. He dedicated a great deal of effort to our sale. Every time we contacted Jonathan during the sale campaign, he responded immediately, answered our concerns and followed through with his undertakings. In the end, Jonathan and his team secured the sale our home prior to auction. If someone is considering downsizing or selling a home, we could not recommend Jonathan more highly. We have absolute confidence in him. His knowledge of the Woden market is second to none.

Jonathan is a superb agent who knows the property business. I could relate many aspects of our experience as both buyers and sellers. But perhaps will just sum things up by saying Jonathan is trustworthy, reliable and genuine. He communicates when needed, and surrounds himself with an equally good team.

Thank you Nick and all the team at Independent Property Group, Phillip, ACT for the attention to detail in providing us support for this tumultuous time. The team assisted and provided useful advice for the initial preparation of our home for display. This worked so well that the our home sold to the first people who inspected it, at a price and time frame welcome to both buyer and us, and saving us so much extra time and energy that would have been required for any further inspections. We were also delighted with the final moving out and again the assistance Nick and the Phillip office team provided us at that stage. Thank you all again! Yes, we would highly recommend Nicholas Jacob and all the team at Phillip.
