We had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas at an inspection in Googong. He was extremely helpful with all our questions and went above and beyond to help us during the negotiations to purchase our new home. I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to sell or buy their next home.

I found Mark to be very helpful, patient and accommodating (no pun intended). There is so much information and advice available to first time buyers that it can be confusing, and Mark helped cut through all of that. He put me in touch with brokers and other professionals who all contributed to making the buying process smoother than it might have been. Very grateful for his support.

I have both bought and sold multiple properties with Nicholas Jacob and his team over the last 5 years, and each time have been impressed with his professionalism and communication skills. Nic has achieved outcomes in line or above my expectations, and has always ensured that enough funds were spent to prepare and market the properties to the correct level, without overspending. Without reservation, I will be using Nic and his team again for my real estate business, and I have no hesitation providing an unqualified recommendation.

Mark was friendly, down to earth and extremely helpful. He went out of his way time and again to help us purchase the property we were after. Mark responded quickly to emails, promptly returned phone calls and even gave up his personal time to accommodate our needs. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking at buying or selling property in Canberra.

Jonathon and his team were amazing. The entire crew at Independent South were a dream to work with and we could not be more impressed. Their knowledge of the market and advice on how to achieve the best possible sale price was faultless. They helped us prepare the house for sale and arranged for completion of the necessary work without the slightest fuss or bother. They just made everything so easy for us and the work they carried out made the house obviously more attractive to potential buyers. They say the proof is in the pudding and the price achieved at auction was higher than we had ever hoped. Thankyou Jonathon. Thankyou Dom. Thankyou Linda. And thanks to all the crew. You are simply fantastic!
