Rachele was rude and pushy, and tried to make us feel terrible when we needed a finance extension due to needing to sell one of our vehicles that was under finance, and also when we required a second building & pest. Having just bought and sold a house recently (which was a far more pleasant experience), dealing with Rachele was at times quite dehumanising.
