Leisa did a great job for me in selling this property. The property had been left in an appalling state by its last tenants, yet Leisa still managed to sell it in a matter of days as a result of her expertise and knowledge. The purchasers got themselves a bargain due to the property's very run-down state, but I was satisfied with the result. Leisa really knows the real estate market on the Redcliffe Peninsula. She is also a great communicator and keeps her clients fully informed at all stages of the selling process. I would highly recommend Leisa as your go to agent if you are thinking of selling (or buying) a property!

Leisa is an excellent Real Estate Agent. She clearly advised me how the property should be marketed and what needed to be done (and not done) to achieve the best price, and then set about her job of conducting the first open house. The property was sold within a few days of listing and within about an hour of its first open house at a price that met with my expectations. Leisa really knows her stuff; she communicates well, is always available to discuss all aspects of selling the property; and is an expert on the Redcliffe Peninsula's property market. I would highly recommend Leisa as the go to agent of choice if you are thinking of selling (or buying) a property!

Nothing stops Leisa, she goes out of her way to make a sale, has a wealth of knowledge, contacts within the industry.
