When faced with selling my mums place after she had gone into care, we randomly picked Jan Jones as the starting point. Turns out that was the right way to go. When we met with Jan she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with respect to all requirements before settlement could occur. The house itself required a though clean and significant declutter. Jan was able to provide contact details for numerous organisations that specialise in those tasks. At the first open house several offers were received which Jan passed on to us. One of those offers being well over our asking price. It suited both parties to conclude the contract asap as the buyers were looking for a place for their elderly parent and we had an empty house so a short settlement was agreed. Throughout the whole process I found Jan to very professional and highly knowledgeable, especially around the legal requirements in sale by EPA. This made for a smooth transition. I highly recommend Jan and would not hesitate to engage her again should the need arise. Oh yes …. and the commission was very competitive as well.

The moment I walked in to Jan Jones, it did not take long to feel I was in the right Real Estate. They listen to my reason and time frame why I needed to sell. They got to know me as a person before putting my home on the market. Once I agreed, all was set in motion, if they need your home to look a certain way for photos, all I can say is listen to them, remember this is what they do sell homes, and there good it. I was keeped up to date with all information, on when and what needed to do so as they could show my home off. Signed up on a Monday, photos on Wednesday, open day on Saturday, sold. Right up to hand over and with the solictor, all I had to do was move my stuff out. And the best part, the asking price on the market, I got more.
