Rachele is excellent!
I have twice engaged Rachele to sell property for me and highly recommend her. Rachele is very experienced and knowlegable about the Redcliffe Peninsula real estate scene, as well as very professional, punctual and efficient. Not to mention friendly and engaging, and best of all doesn't use sales jargon or cliches. To sum up, Rachele is an excellent real estate agent and a very nice person.

A very easy, seamless sales process with Rachele as our agent.
Rachele is an outstanding agent. She managed to help us list and sell our unit very easily and quickly. Her helpful, friendly, calm and professional nature made the whole process very easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her to deal with - she went above and beyond without any fuss.

Friendly, professional, trustworthy and thorough.

Professional, understanding of our needs, and Great to work with
Jan came to look at my property 6 months prior to the sale, and I asked her for advice on the renovations I was planning on, and if it would be likely that what I would spend would increase the value to either deliver a better outcome on the sale or rental income. She loved my ideas and plan, and her advice was to go for it! So I did exactly that, and last minute as I was about the board a plane, made the decision the sell, rather than rent it out, as it looked incredible!! Not only that but I was away travelling when I decided to sell, and not in the country during the sale period, and the communication via WhatsApp was second to none!! Jan said “leave it with me” and arranged the photos, listing and inspections with her team so effortlessly. Jan had 5 offers on the table within one week! The level of expertise and experience in the industry is incredible and I appreciate and took in all the advise that she gave, keeping the renovations to a minimum and taking the emotions out of the equation and not overspend, as I was selling (or possibly renting it out). Jan was a true professional and an easy to deal with from the moment I decided to sell. Thank Jan for your kind help…you’re a real gem!

Exactly the right person you need when selling property in the Redcliffe area
It' always a daunting choice when the time comes to sell a property and you find yourself weighing up the pros and con's as who you should chose to sell your property especially when you are remote. Well I hope this review helps you make an informed decision. With a bit of research, I knew Rachele had sold properties in the area and when I asked for a sales proposal, I received a documented and informative proposal with very reasonable / affordable commission rates and marketing costs . That got Rachele across the line, when I got to meet Rachele, my confidence in my choice jumped dramatically, when we met face to face, her knowledge of the local area was extremely detailed and her knowledge helped guide me in setting what I thought may be an ambitious a price for the property. It was though her advice and hard work a buyer was found and a contract signed and property sold. I couldn't be happy with the service provided from the advice to managing access and keys etc and returning calls.
