5 Purely because she has made herself approachable on questions I had, good feedback and a genuine feeling of helpfulness. I do pride myself on my ability to source through genuine and non genuine people.

Nick was attentive, sensitive to Mum’s needs, polite, persistent, realistic and proactive. We will certainly ask for his help if ever we are selling again.

I would be extremely happy to recommend Leisa. I have recently purchased a property through Leisa, she was willing and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the sale, she gave me the peace of mind that everything was sorted and under control from her end which took all the stress out of purchasing my first property in 20 years. Thank you Leisa for guiding me through this purchase.

Leisa made selling our property very easy. She even sold our place before the tenants had vacated. Her communication was exceptional, keeping us up to date and on track right through the process. She restored our faith in real estate agents after having a disappointing experience a few years ago with another agent.

Nick was amazing through our very rocky sale of our investment property in Morayfield. Nick went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend using Nick and Jan Joans for any sale. I will definitely use Nick in the future.
