Constantly screwed around with times and dates in order to better his end figure (No time left for building and pest quotes, And tried to undercut the sellers offer by a thousand dollars). May be ok if your the seller but if your the buyer, beware. Handed one set of keys at the end and was told that was all of the keys (not even one for every door) and told maybe we should just change all the locks, that's what most people would do. Very defencive if questioned also.
