We listed the property with Jan and within 2 weeks she had secured a very strong offer . Her ability to keep us informed and carry out the documents required was a pleasure. Considering we were doing this from outside the country I could not believe how smoothly everything went. Full marks for a great result .

Rachele displayed great knowledge and fantastic people skills. I listened to Rachele's advice and listed my property with her. Rachele sold the house in under 4 weeks ( 3 week contract cash buyer) and achieved a sale price of $35,000 more than other agents valued the house at.

Rachele was very honest and friendly towards us both. She had a great knowledge of the housing market. She kept us constantly updated by calling us daily with advice on interested buyers. She achieved a very good outcome and a price we are happy with. This was achieved in less than a week. It was a pleasure to deal with someone you can truly trust. We would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the housing market Bob and Sheryl Cooper
