We came to Leisa after having been with another agent that we were very dissatisfied with. Leisa from the get go was honest and realistic about what the property would likely achieve regarding price. She was always very fast responding to any enquires we had and was able to arrange contractors to fix and maintain the property during the sales period. Absolute pleasure to work with and I would happily use her services again.

I highly recommend Rachele at Jan Jones Real Estate. She is task focused, has a professional manner and is energetic and cheerful. She followed up with potential buyers promptly. Her open communication back to me on her progress was excellent. Rachele was determined to achieve the best price for me on the sale of my house. I am very happy to recommend her to others.

Jan was the agent for a property I recently purchased and was wonderful. Buying a house in this climate is super stressful and I got used to problems happening or agents never calling me back until Jan. she made sure to keep me in the loop, was open and honest, answered all my questions and always responded. She always followed through and was just overall super lovely. Would 100% recommend Jan and her team. We now have our first home together and it’s perfect.

Dealing with Rachele was as easy as a coffee meeting. I had very little knowledge of this suburb and region. My questions to Rachele on the local government development restrictions, strata fees, building issues, leasing estimates and preferred conveyancing professionals, were so clearly and accurately answered that it gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase and subsequent 30 day settlement.

Rachele is easy to talk to, down to earth and professional. Rachele helped me through the process of selling my unit. Rachele knows the area well and got the best price for me. Rachele kept my spirits up when the process was a bit slow. I would definitely recommend Rachele as a real estate agent to trust with the sale of your property.

I decided to have Jan Jones sell my property due to their dominance and results in the peninsula area. I was assigned Leisa and couldn’t be happier with the result. Leisa went over and above what I expected from a real estate agent.
