Selling our family home was always going to be hard, the process was made easier through our dealings with John and Jas Stephens. John's honest approach was refreshing which I really liked. John originally sold the home to us, so he knew the background, it was a no brainer to have him sell the house again. The whole team at Jas Stephens were really lovely, warm and easy to deal with.

I purchased this property in 2014 and George was the Agent, for a family member to live in. When they relocated back to SA it was time to sell , so of course I came back to George because over the past 9 years he has kept me up to date with market reports, potential rents and whats happening in this area, so who else would I turn to, to sell given George lives and breathes Real Estate in this area. Given I live interstate and I wanted to maximise the sale price I wanted to do some minor cosmetic upgrades, and George was extremely generous with his time by assisting me get the best return on my investment by arranging trades and facilitating these improvements on my behalf. Thank you George, you're brillianrt

Andy was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. He provided great advice, constantly kept us informed and was always quick to respond. He even pitched in to help tidy our house for an inspection because we left things too late. We sold our house in the middle of winter in a ‘down market’ and he helped us achieve a result well above our expectations. If you’re looking for an agent that knows their stuff, sets realistic expectations and has your best interests at heart, then Andy’s your guy.

Patrick was assigned to our campaign midway following a rocky start with another agent. He was immediately curious to know of the unique features of the home we were selling and quickly got across the interested parties. It was a buyers market and Patrick was realistic about that fact however engaged in negotiation quite actively, striving to drive a fair result, despite the challenging market conditions. If you're looking for a no BS, warm and passionate agent, we would highly recommend Patrick.
