Patrick has been wonderful to work with from the very start right to the very end. I had not considered going with an auction campaign and, instead, preferred the private offer campaign. However, after my chat with Patrick and re-evaluating the information I gathered I placed my trust in Patrick to run with an auction campaign. The campaign worked well and the results was very much what we had discussed. All through the campaign, Patrick was pro-active in getting things done, he responded quickly to all my phone calls and emails, kept me updated regularly, did what he said he would do, and goes the extra mile. On top of that he is also a very warm and lovely person to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick to other vendors.

We originally purchased this property with John as the selling agent back in 2016. He was always willing to give us time and his professional view as we redeveloped the property. John provided outstanding guidance to us in how to prepare and market the property for sale. His network of trades such as Joe the handy man were so useful, it made getting to market a breeze. Then it was time for John to shine. His process for meeting and follow up of potential buyers is remarkably thorough. He was able to generate immense interest in our property which gave us absolute confidence to proceed to auction. John was also our auctioneer. He ran the auction with perfect tempo, managed to involve multiple bidders and was thorough in working the price up to a wonderful level. This was the second property we sold with John in 2022. He also did an amazing job with our first property and in that instance helped us sell prior to auction which was a great result as market headed into decline.
