Elise was very professional and thorough. At all times I felt Elise knew exactly how the market would react to our property and who to target in the market for the best outcome. The best stylist was engaged and the house was staged and on the market in just a couple of weeks. With an unforeseen contract from the first offer failing Elise was very quick to respond ensuring the property remained highly visible and front of mind with interested buyers. Securing a second offer within days. Elise work tirelessly with conveyancers for both parties to ensure all process and procedures were strictly followed. Highly trust worthy, caring and personable.

Andy sold our new home to us. During our house hunting we met a lot of agent and Andy stands out as being straightforward, patient and honest. During the sale process, Andy was prompt and thorough in answering all our queries and we never felt pressured. Since then he's continued to be very helpful in helping us settle into our home including recommending great tradespeople and the best local pizza options! :) We're glad he was our agent - he is excellent at what he does.

Jade was very informative and quick to gather information required on a tricky property. We'd like to thank her for her support in the process. I'd use her for a sale too.

I pushed John at the start and to his credit he explained how he likes to do things and how the process would play out. He followed through on that which made life easier for us. Good communication throughout, would buy again!

Jade’s professionalism, responsiveness, care and attention to detail are second to none. She patiently accommodated my requests to view local properties (often out of hours) and matched me with the perfect home for my next step. Jade’s key to success is that she takes the time to get to know her clients and their requirements, and builds a positive working relationship with them. I’ve not only purchased with Jade, I’m selling with her, because I trust and respect her judgment.

Really had a good experience over all, i just felt a little unsure that he was interested in us being a purchaser. Once we had made the only bid and as it passed in, then he was, and then once we said we would talk, he was quick to hand over to his college, i thought he would have had more control. Overall though we had a good experience and happy

We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had Jade selling our house. Right from her first visit she assured us that our house could be sold for the price we sought. During both the open for inspections and auction we were interstate. Jade continually kept us informed after every open for inspection as well as before and after the auction. Our house was sold 4 days after the auction. The sale mainly occurred due to Jades persistence and her ability to obtain the price we were seeking. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jade or Jas Stephens if you are looking to buy or sell. Thank you for everything you did for us Jade, we were very lucky to have you as our estate agent.
