We met Elise a month or into serious looking for a home. She brought a nice energy, and was enthusiastic in showing us new properties as they popped up. She was patient and gave us plenty of time when on property, and was understanding when we wanted to look a second, third and forth time! We'd recommend working with her for sure.

From the first consultation Jade was thorough and clear in all her communications. She delivered on all promises, was professional and very easy to deal with. She was pivotal in us getting the result we wanted.

Even though our actual Auction was dissapointing , we sold a few days later , slightly under what we expected . Tate handled everthing very professionally and we are more than happy wih him and Jas Stephens . we Purchased the property originally from Jas in 1996 and have been associated with them ever since .We thank Tate and all the team for their efforts and we will have no hesitation in reccommending you all in the future . regards Kim Pidgeon .

From the first time we met Andy and Jade back in September we knew that Jas Stepens were the agent we wanted to sell our house for us. Right from our first meeting their positive attitude, advice on styling the house for OFI'S and ensuring that we were kept well informed through every step of the process made the selling of our house a stress free experience. In particular the extra work Jade did for us went well above our expectation, we are sure we would not have received the result we got without Jade's advice and hard work during the campaign and at OFI's. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy and Jade to any prospect sellers or buyers. Even though we have now sold our house Jade still keeps in touch with us and provides advice to us for any potential houses we are looking to buy. This is berymuch appreciated by both of us

I can’t speak highly enough of John. John and I first spoke six years ago. He gave me great advice then and I decided that when I did sell, it would be with him. We stayed in touch since and he helped both my mum and i find agents when we had to sell properties outside his area earlier this year. In spring this year I finally engaged John and got him to sell my investment property in West Footscray. John understands the inner-West incredibly well; his ability to speak authoritatively about different comparable properties and respective price points is a huge asset. John organised everything for the house and did it with professionalism and aplomb. I was interstate for the campaign and never needed to turn up once. He organised an interior and exterior facelift for the house and then got it on the market, executed the whole campaign, found genuinely interested buyers and worked out what was a fair and realistic price for the property. At auction, the property went for the exact top of the band. John’s read of the market was brilliant and I know he worked overtime to bring prospective buyers to the property and convinced me to give them the best possible terms to bid under with a flexible settlement time. He even spent time with some of the first-time buyers educating them about auctions so they felt comfortable participating. A seasoned campaigner. If I ever need to sell another property, I’ll be ringing John.

Elise took the stress and pressure out of the process. She worked hard on the sale of our unit and got the best result given the tough market. She was professional, open and honest, providing regular updates and always available if we had any concerns. I would definitely recommend Elise to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks so much.

We had a great experience purchasing our house through Branko. Branko made the process feel easy, from our initial enquires right through to the sale. He is a great communicator - clear, responsive and friendly. Overall its been a pleasure dealing with Branko and we wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell through Branko in future.
