Totally recommend Patrick 's professionalism as an agent. He rang us everyday with constant updates [some days there weren't any updates, regardless he still communicated]. He was always transparent with customer feedback. Never once did we doubt his advice and really find it hard to find fault...........give him a go you won't be disappointed.

I’ve known John for twelve years - in 2010 he sold me the townhouse that he’s just helped me sell. We kept in touch over those years and when I decided that I was going to move I contacted John at JAS. Of course, I couldn’t have chosen a worse time to sell, with four interest rate rises from the time of my decision until the sale itself. My price expectations were unrealistic in that tricky market and my house would probably not have sold if I had not listened to John’s advice and set the advertised price range accordingly. In addition, because I was moving interstate and my house needed some improvements, I vacated the house to allow contractors that John recommended to make some repairs and improvements. This was also done strategically so that just the right amount was done but not enough to be excessively expensive. John and his excellent team did all the heavy lifting for me and everything ran like a well-oiled machine. In about three weeks my townhouse went from being rough around the edges to a sparkling new entity that didn’t look at all like it was 22 years old. So then the photography, furniture hire, styling, marketing and advertising took place and over the course of four weeks a very successful campaign occurred. There was a lot more interest than I was expecting and I’m so glad I accepted John’s advice regarding the price range - I honestly think he picked it perfectly and that was reflected in the large number of people attending the inspections. Offers flooded in, and soon after the last inspection there were three competing offers that were above the advertised price. Before I knew it this competition had driven the price closer to my original expectations and my townhouse sold a few days before the scheduled auction. John had explained his strategy right at the start and he and his team knew exactly what they were doing. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Selling can be stressful but you can trust John to shoulder some of it for you!

I was very happy with the effort Jade went to to sell my property. She was only a phone call away if I needed to ask any questions. She is a very professional, personable, and friendly person. She kept me very up to date on all aspects of the sale process, and was able to give me great advice based on her thorough knowledge of the area and the current real estate market. I bought my property many years ago from Jas Stephens and leased it though them as well. What a fitting way to sell the property using the expertise and experience of Jade. Thank you very much!

We decided to sell our house...during a pandemic and a re-adjustment of the market(ie interest rate rises).John's knowledge of real estate, together with his vast experience with the foibles of real estate shone through just when we needed. We don't sell a house every day so when I first met John I felt comfortable with what he had to say. When we felt things were getting trickey from too much listening to the news, John could explain, backed up by research what was really happening. John's advice ,again backed by thorough research was invaluable to us and we sold our house.!!! We highly recommend John Galea & JAS if you decide to sell your house. Thanks John & all the best to you.
