John was fantastic to deal with when selling our property. He ensured everything ran smoothly and even organised tradesmen to do some bits and pieces to prepare the property and achieve the best price possible. Super easy to get on with, knows his stuff. Thanks so much John! Would definitely buy/sell from again.

We recently purchased our first home and Elise was one of the agents representing the vendor. The amount of care and attention she showed to us, the purchasers, was truly unexpected. She helped us with all our pre AND post auction questions, and one day, when an NBN technician showed up at the house pre-settlement with zero notice, she dropped what she was doing and raced over with the keys to let him in. She also took time out to let us into the house pre-settlement to take measurements for our new furniture and appliances etc. Elise went above and beyond what I would have imagined an agent for "the other side" would do for us, and for that I can't help but just feel really lucky as we didn't really do anything to deserve such a kind and friendly agent! Thank you Elise for all the help and we look forward to having you over for a G&T once we've settled in ;)

Branko couldn't have handled the sale of our home any better! Communication was clear from start to finish, he took the stress out of the whole process. Branko is the ultimate professional, he was able to achieve a price that was above our expectations in a volatile market. We will certainly be using Branko again for future transactions. Best in the West!!

I purchased my home from the team at Jas Stephens well over 15 years ago and when it came time to sell, I had no hesitations in making contact with the team again. Branko is a first class professional who managed the sales process with excellence and integrity from the start to the finish. He helped us to set realistic expectations and to navigate the sales process without adding stress. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he comes with my highest recommendation. We are delighted with the service and support we recieved.

To say that Branko is the best agent that we have ever worked with is an understatement. We have purchased and sold many properties, and the recent transaction with Branko was simply a pleasure. Branko's valuable advice, his spot on quote, lack of games, and his communication to us us throughout the campaign was consistent, detailed and personal Branko was always there for us. He is honest ,trustworthy, very professional and we have no hesitation in recommending him and Jas Stephens

We were so lucky to have had Elise managing this sale. Elise was a pleasure to work with, she was everything you need in a agent approachable, professional, honest and caring. Elise was happy to answer all our questions to help us understand the process. We had been through a negative experience with another realestate prior, so it was a breath of fresh air to have Elise manage this sale. She made the buyer feel important which made it a positive buying experience. Highly recommend Elise to anyone who is looking to buy a property.
