John is very much up with the market and the continuing changing trends. The Jas Stephens team were very professional in the way they went about the sale of the property. John had excellent ideas on how to showcase the property. It all led to a very successful outcome. We are very happy to have had John on our side.

John was very helpful with the purchase of our property. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided regular communication at all stages of the process. John also made the transition as smooth as possible from when the property was purchased. I would very much recommend John for anyone in the market as he was of great assistance to us as first home buyers.

Thanks to Elise's proactive support in finding my new residence. She was very diligent in her communication with me and reminded me about the auction, otherwise i would have forgotten to attend on the day! Thanks again.

We recently purchased a property in West Footscray and Jade was lovely to deal with. She grew up in the area, so knows it inside out and understands the market intimately. Her communication was on the money too - she was always available and very responsive.

There was never any doubt we would use Branko at Jas Stephens to sell our West Footscray property. No one knows our area better than Jas. Branko did an excellent job of giving feedback to us on what we needed to improve prior to the selling campaign. We took his feedback on board and the property presented really well. Branko was great at garnishing interest, we had a huge number of interested parties inspecting the property in the first few days. There was so much interest we bought the auction forward and Branko got us a sensational result. We could not have been happier with the result or the level of service we received from Branko.
