We choose Branko as we liked his friendliness and knowledge of the area when we first encountered him when we were looking for our house 5 yrs ago and he was also recommended by friends when he sold their house a few years ago. Branko and his team, particularly michael were always accessible and gave us honest and realistic advise for the selling of our house which was especially critical for the time we were selling our house due to the market having gone into a dip. We were very lucky to get a great result at our auction and I think this was helped along by the work Branko and the team were doing in the background. I would highly recommend Branko if you are looking for an open and honest agent with a wealth of knowledge in the inner west market!

Without a deep knowledge of the market and approach to the sale of my house, I found George's advice in respect of the appropriate means to present our property, promote and auction on the day provided the optimal opportunity to realise our expectations. The most important role George played was up front explaining how to base our expectations based on the market's expectations of a property of the nature which we owned. His experience shone through with a very good final result.!
