From the well run opens and provision of honest information about the area and features of the house, to a very professional and happy auction process, and finally Tate's prompt and friendly follow up assistance prior to settlement facilitating a few information requests to the owners of the house to help smooth our transition, and providing access out of ordinary business hours for the pre-settlement inspection.
