George is very professional and good at what he does. Although he can come across as a bit too smooth, he works hard and communicates regularly. He handles all stakeholders involved well, including other agents managing the rental, tenants, prospective buyers and conveyancers. We've bought and sold through him and would use him again. George is experienced and closed the deal when we had ourselves become resigned to riding out the market. He also gave me genuine practical advice which potentially meant he may not have sold the property and would miss making money out of it. That gives him a lot of credibility.

Marina's communication was outstanding from start to finish. Constant, informative and realistic updates on a weekly basis. This was potentially very difficult time due to mum’s health. Regular open for inspections and potential auction was not a good option. Andy was very aware of our situation and very open to using his industry contacts to sell. He also suggested small sign on house suggesting forth coming auction to generate local and pass by interest - this strategy paid off and we sold without fuss and in good timeframe. He has keep me informed of current market and selling process. I have appreciated his help and support during this time.
