I have been with JAS Stephens since 2002, in fact I bought the house through them. After having to move overseas due to work, they became the letting agents for the property. So when the decision came to sell then of course I went to JAS. Branko has been my contact and sales agent for the cottage. He has made the sale and all paperwork necessary very easy, especially as I am overseas. Branko has been so helpful and understanding I cannot speak highly enough of him. I totally recommend Branko and JAS for any property enquiry- buying or selling. Thank you once again much appreciated

This was our first time selling a house. We interviewed several real estate agents but Marina stood out because she spoke to us with such intelligence and knowledge. She also took the time to understand our needs and to demonstrate that she truly cared about us and what we hoped to achieve. She had none of the stereotypical real estate salesman traits that we had been warned about. She was just genuine. This was our experience with Marina throughout the whole process. There was never any sign that she was anything else other than genuine. To add to this, Marina was extremely efficient, thorough and communicative. I'm pretty sure I received a text or email from her every day of our campaign. Sometimes even just to check up on how we were feeling. To top off our amazing experience with Marina throughout the campaign, she and her team delivered the results on the auction day. The auction was a huge success and the result was more than we could have ever hoped for. I highly recommend Marina to anyone wishing to sell a home.

Purchasing the house through George, he made ease of business a priority as he opened the house mid week when my partner and I were available and answered any emails or requests very promptly. Which goes a long way to selling the property as there were a another couple properties we were considering, but his quick response pushed the sale as long which took away the slower response of the opposition properties. He even assisted us with a couple requests after the sale was finalised which we appreciated immensely.
