After dealing with 3 agents this year to buy and sell a few properties, I found John to be the most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and credible to name just a few things. Selling my property was not a straight forward one. Considering the unusual and difficult circumstances, John's approach was what worked and what sold our property in the quickest time possible with a great result that I was not expecting at all. His communication was fantastic. He always reported back within a timely manner with any information he needed to pass on and offered an approach to the sale that worked very well when the last approach had failed miserably. We recently sold our property through JAS Stephens using Branko as our agent. We found the whole process from start to finish completely transparent and most importantly "stress free". Branko and his colleagues (Cherie, Helen and Chris) guided us the whole way, giving us constant updates (house preparation tips for sale, photo and booklet brochure guidance, and our preferred inspection and auction time). The highlight being the lead up to the auction, with Branko providing us a Pre Auction Report and talking us through the auction process beforehand. He let us know the likely buyers and then informed us on auction day of their attendance: this giving us great confidence and reassurance that our house would sell. Branko certainly knew his potential buyers and the western suburbs market inside out. And so it did sell at auction! Our townhouse selling to one of the buyers Branko and his team advised us of prior to auction day. Plus it went above our expectations and reserve set which was a thrill!!
