Branko was very friendly right from the beginning. Prior to seeing the property, I had called him to get a better understanding of the asking price. Branko was very professional and upfront with me in regards to a price range that the vendors were after. Having met him at the first inspection, Branko was more than happy to answer any questions we had, and on the occasion that he didn't have the answer, he promised to check with the vendors and get back to me. This he is did without fail. Being a professional salesman, Branko referred me through to the leasing department of Jas Stephens, this benefited both of us, they obviously got the business and we were able to quickly obtain a rental appraisal for our current place so we knew our exact position when speaking to the bank for a preapproval. Leading up to the auction was such a nervous time for us, but Branko was there to answer all of our questions, and even agreed to a private inspection for us to organise a builder inspector to come out. Communication with Branko was easy, almost always available on the mobile - otherwise he'd call us back. We'd recommend Branko to anyone selling their home.
