Branko was both personable and professional from start to finish. We had a very short sales cycle but Branko worked very hard, opening for inspections twice at weekends and showing people around during the week. He was spot on with his valuation and negotiated a very good price from the interested parties before auction. Both George Alexander and Andy Simpson from Jas Stephens were very easy to deal with and extremely kind throughout our experience of buying our first home. They were flexible to our needs the whole time from inspection dates/times right through to signing the contract and throughout settlement. Some conditions/issues that arose in the purchase of our property may have been a big deal for other agents but Andy and George kept communication flow between the vendors, our broker, our solicitor and us very smooth and prompt. At first glance I knew George was the right person for the job. He has a friendly professional/leadership manner and although he has the 'gift of the gab' he has the ability to listen to the customer. With the assistance of his partner Andy, I felt confident both George and Andy were working behind the scenes to obtain the best result. Andy was a life line and his commitment and professionalism to the job was astounding. Even though the sale had an emotional effect, I would highly recommend George to any potential seller/buyer. George sold our house in Sunshine. He possessed all the qualities needed by a good real estate agent. His industry experience and eye for detail ensured that the whole experience of selling a house ran as smoothly as clockwork with some nice added touches not covered by other agencies, such as providing flowers for open day. His excellent communication skills ensured that we were kept in the loop the whole time and knew on a week by week basis the level of interest and status of potential buyers.
