George was great to deal with at auction. As a buyer, you are always way of auctioneers who try to push the price up excessively on the day... George didn't do this. Andy was amazing to deal with throughout all our dealings leading up to auction day. My experience with Tate was one that left my nerves relax. He understood the market he was working in with very good credibility from past auctions, it was no doubt he was the best choice. He made the process extremely simple and made sure that I did not have much to worry about. He is very approachable and very easy to speak to. His diligence and tenacious attitude was the sole reason our most recent property sold well above our expectations. Tate introduced the underbidder who had seen the house online but had no intention of inspecting the property. If it wasn't for Tate following up old leads and matching potential buyers from his database with our home the result would have been much different.
