It was an absolute pleasure to have George represent us in the sale of our home. He was professional, dedicated, friendly and reliable - all the attributes you want in someone representing you in this most important time in your life. Nothing was too much trouble and being a local in the area himself knew all the "little things" that potential buyers want to know. He always followed through on any plan that we formulated throughout the campaign, communication was excellent as was the final result. He has a knack of reading people and worked very well with us, giving us just enough information without bombarding us with all the finer details. He is an excellent negotiator too, can read the market & comes to an outcome that pleases both seller and buyer. If we were to ever sell or buy again, we would be thrilled to work with George again. Buying a house isn't always simple or straightforward but it has been a pleasure dealing with George and his team. I have appreciated his help, communication and easy going nature.
