Through the purchase and sold our house, we found George is a friendly , professional and knowledgeable Sales Consultant and Auctioneer. He is generous and helpful. I remembered he has bought a pot of flowers for us during the open inspection of our house. Lauren and I purchased an apartment late last year through Jas Stephens real estate in Yarraville. This was the first time we had purchased property and as such were very inexperienced. My wife & i chose Jas H Stephens to sell our house because we felt that they are the market leaders in the inner west, as well as putting in a lot of groundwork prior to signing them up i.e. after hours visits, honest advice & professionalism. Branko and his team sold our house prior to auction for roughly 20% over our reserve price.
