George has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! He made my first purchase an easy one and less intimidating. Very down to earth guy, very prompt and descriptive in his reply to any questions I had. He made this whole experience very special for me. Thanks again !

We would highly recommend Branko as an outstanding real estate agent who, would sell your home as if it was his.

I have always found Branko to conduct himself with the utmost of professionalism and integrity over the many years I have been dealing with him in selling various properties for me. His knowledge and understanding of the property market and what it takes to sell a property is unquestionable, with results guaranteed.

George had his finger on the pulse and knew what going on with other comparable properties that potential purchasers would be looking at, not just knowing every finite detail on our property. In the end, this proved the difference between an OK sale, and a very good one.

Branco was always easy to contact and low stress.

Excellent performance from Tate in succeeding to not only sell the house as others had failed to do, but attain a figure far beyond the highest previous estimates. Also a brilliant communicator during the complicated issues surrounding the sale.

George did a fantastic job selling our Art Deco apartment in Footscray . From the beginning when we were renovating he gave us advice drawing on his vast array of local knowledge and pointing us in the right direction. Through the selling campaign he gave us great feedback and we knew exactly what to expect come auction day. On the day everything went smoothly and George steered the ship like the seasoned professional he is and the sale went through 40k over reserve ! With this result and the whole experience we can highly recommend George for his friendly demeanor and professionalism . John and Sue Edwards

We reiterate our thanks for the outstanding service that Tate provided during the recent sale of our property in Footscray. Apart from the excellent result, Tate's attention to detail and exceptional client service made our experience with your business a positive one. Tate always did everything he said he was going to and within very short timelines. He also was unflappable in the face of our slightly mad 4 year old and a trying bidder at the auction. The rest of the team- Mark, Helen and Lewis also were fantastic.

I recently sold my property through Tate Moore and Jas Stephens. From the initial conversation with Tate I knew that the sale of my property was in good hands. Tate was able to talk me through the pro's and con's of my property, its location and the current market conditions. I was surprised with Tate's initial valuation of my property and thought that he was being overly ambitious. But to his credit he delivered. After agreeing with Tate to place my property on the market within two days my property was photographed, floor plans drawn up, marketing material was in circulation and open for inspection times were locked in. Tate and the team at Jas Stephens were very strong communicators throughout the whole process. My work hours are quite demanding and Tate went out of his way to see me and contact me after hours to make sure that I was up to speed and satisfied throughout the sales process. Tate not only told me what his strategy was for selling the property but he talked me through all of the options and explained to me the reasons he had decided on that particular strategy. The property was sold in the timeframe he had suggested, he managed to get a lot of foot traffic through the property and the price that he achieved was slightly above what he had told me to expect. Some other things that I enjoyed about the process was the call from Craig Stephens thanking me for my business and also the flowers sent to me by Tate to help brighten up my rather dark coloured property prior to the inspections. I cannot recommend Tate and Jas Stephens highly enough to take care of the sale of your property. I wish him and his team all the best for the future and thank them for the assistance in selling my property quickly and at a price I never thought imaginable.

We are very pleased with the result Branko achieved for our property sale. From the first meeting, Branko was very professional and well prepared, despite the short notice. Branko was able to list the property and start inspections within a few days. He also kept us informed every week in regards to interest levels and expectations. Overall, we are very satisfied and happy with the sale process of Branko and JAS Stephens.

Having engaged Branko Lemaic of Jas Stephens Real Estate to market and sell our house, we were very happy with his professional, friendly, enthusiastic and communicative approach. Branko kept us well informed of all activity during the campaign, but saved his best for auction day where he went the extra mile to ensure that our house sold. We would have no hesitation in recommending Branko to future vendors.
