I have to be honest. I was not looking forward to having to deal with an estate agent re purchasing a property. As a life long renter my experience with agents had been resoundingly bad. So I was surprised that Branko was straight forward and direct. I appreciated this approach. It can be a huge life changing event buying a house. So having someone who went at my pace was greatly appreciated.

I met John when buying our house in 2012. As the Purchaser at that time, I was indeed blown away by his integrity, emotional intelligence and honesty. Since that time, I have always reached out to keep in the know about the market and workshop property matters with John. It was a no brainer when selling my investment unit that John was top of my list. I was not disappointed. He achieved the best price, while still empathetically guiding me through the process and comprehensive sales strategy. John was on point with every recommendation and performance. Thanks John 11/10
