My recent purchase was made easy, thanks to the utter professionalism of Elise. Not only was she a delight to work with, she understood what I was looking for, was proactive and responsive, offered genuine and authentic advice, and could not have been more flexible and open in making the process drama free. Her knowledge of the market was super impressive and her open and transparent approach to the buying process made it simple and easy. She was genuinely interested in helping me find the house I was looking for, and when it came to the purchasing process, she offered advice that demonstrated she wanted a successful outcome for me as the purchaser, and also, the best for her vendor. A win win. Elise is the kind of agent that builds trust and confidence quickly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her (and seek her out when it comes time for the purchase!).

We previously had experience with Tate from a buyer's perspective, and had found him to be so genuine and transparent, it was him we called when we had a property to sell. We knew we were in safe hands throughout the entire process. He's super responsive and easy to work with, and he and his team are also putting in the work with the buyers to really understand the market and interest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property. I wish there were more like Tate in the industry!
