Selling is a stressful process, but Jade made it as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Jade's connections to various trades made getting our home ready for sale streamlined, and her advice along the way was invaluable. Jade was very responsive to and patient with our many questions throughout the process, never making any question seem silly (which we really appreciated, being our first sale).

It's sometimes a tough call making a decision between agents when you are looking to sell a property. There is a lot at stake and a bad agent could lead you up the garden path and end up costing you dearly. Thankfully, we found Alex and he was A+++ across the board. He gave us a really good indication of where we sat in the market, he provided the best approach to market the listing and got the best possible outcome. His professionalism and communication was 2nd to none and we can highly recommend him to any vendor looking to sell. Cheers again Alex!

In our first meeting with Tate, we were able to see that he would be able to bring potential buyers to our property through his and Jas Stephens' existing relationships with underbidders from prior auctions and others interested in buying into the Inner West. Through the campaign Tate kept us regularly updated with the interest in our property and his discussions with potential buyers. Tate prepared us well for the potential different scenarios at auction. On auction day, Tate ran the auction with skill and achieved a result significantly above our expectations. We thoroughly recommend Tate and the Jas Stephens team to anyone selling in the Inner West.
