We've just sold our house with John. He's been fantastic - he has an incredible knowledge of the local area and market trends. We didn't even have our house on the market at the time but he has a keen buyer and knew our property so joined the dots. Really impressive. In addition, every time he has had to go into our property/arrange inspections etc he has been incredibly respectful of the tenant - that was something that was really important to us and John was great.
