We bought our house from Tate, we used Jas Stephens as the property manager for renting it out until we renovated and moved in and now Tate has sold our home. He has kept in touch over the 17 years providing market appraisals for both selling and renting. Tate really listens to his clients and understands how to navigate the sale of a home based on the current market to achieve the best results. Our pre-auction meeting was so thorough and supportive, we were completely put at ease. I cannot recommend him more highly along with Jas Stephens as an agency.

I have felt that George has been more of a buyers advocate than representing my interests as the vendor. While an agent needs to consider both side, I actually feel that George had the best interests of the purchaser in the forefront of his mind rather than my interests as the seller. I have been reluctant to post this negative review but all in all I felt I had to really push for my own interests through the process, when George should have provided a service that allowed me to feel that he was doing the best for me rather than prospective purchasers. It was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend going with JAS Stephens.
