Iris and the team at John Matthew & Sons firstly, gave us their assessment of the value, which turned out to be spot-on. Of course, we started a little higher than they suggested, but eventually sold very close to the appraised price. We had a few Home Opens and, during the whole process were provided with immediate feedback.
