I had contacted her for an appraisal and had offered her a short time of 4-6 weeks to sell the house as I could not keep it vacant for long. She was honest and realistic in her approach and delivered the sale within the time frame. The house was under offer in the first week itself and she has managed the process very smoothly keeping us updated on a regular basis on the entire sale process from the receipt of offer, signing of contract, the finance approval and the sale date. I am a very hard to please customer at times, and one thing that I noticed from Iris and the team was that they always surprised me by showing empathy and a willingness to help. Even when I was certain good old fashioned customer service was dead, these guys I must admit kept proving me wrong. Maybe I have been living in the city too long :-) but good service is alive and well with JM & Sons in Kalgoorlie. Thanks to Iris, and Chris, Kayla, and Daniel for all the effort.
