Prompt, efficient and effective
Iris and the team at John Matthew & Sons firstly, gave us their assessment of the value, which turned out to be spot-on. Of course, we started a little higher than they suggested, but eventually sold very close to the appraised price. We had a few Home Opens and, during the whole process were provided with immediate feedback. The house sold after seven weeks on the market which, given the cold start to the winter and rising interest rates, was an excellent result.

Trustworthy, professional, tactical, attentive, problem solver!
Selling a property is not always easy, market timing is sometime hard to get right, buyers can be difficult to read, Iris Haynes the John Mathew team were able to work through various issues and get a good result. Excellent service, excellent communication
Lorna did an excellent job, with open homes on more than one occasion, tried very hard to get the price we wanted, and succeeded in getting what we were happy with. Her communication was excellent getting in contact after open homes with offers and if there were any concerns. We recommend her if you are buying or selling, did a great job. Would use her again.
