My wife and I just purchased an investment property in Boulder through Iris @ John Matthew & Sons - Kalgoorlie and I have to say she was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Many other agents prove to be way too slow or half hearted in their approach and Iris was the opposite. Her attention to detail and ability to facilitate the process without going overboard was top notch. Iris went above and beyond and made a potentially stressful situation pretty seamless. Very proactive in getting home opens and viewings done, also has great suggestions when you are struggling.
