Great Agent With a Customer Focus
We recently purchased our family home through Iris. There were a few curve balls throughout the buying process and Iris helped us navigate through them all ultimately finding solutions that both parties were happy with. We found Iris's can do attitude and excellent communication and organisational skills assisted us greatly with our purchase. Excellent Service, Great Communication
We chose Iris to sell our house based on online reviews. She was excellent in keeping in contact with us every step of the way. Living in Perth, all of our correspondence was either phone or e-mail, but we were always kept in the loop, and despite a few hiccups (which were out of Iris' control) we've been very pleased with her service. Iris Haynes acted as my real estate agent in the purchase of a property that suffered a number of complications due solely to a marriage dissolution. Despite this she managed to resolve all issues, in a professional and caring manner until settlement was achieved. I have dealt with many agents over many years in the purchase of a number of investment properties and I consider Iris to be in the top echelon of those I`ve been a client of.
