Steve was crucial to the purchase of our townhouse. We explained what we were after and where. He letterbox dropped and found us a seller whose residence was exactly what we had been trying to find for 6 months. Every inspection was made easy. He was very responsive and answered all our questions, provided all requested information and nothing was too much trouble. I will be contacting Steve when we are ready to sell our house. Steve was very accomodating He also went over and above any realestate agent that we ever had in the past 20 years of buying and selling our properties Not many agents would listen to everything we had as repairs and followed up every tradie to accomplish them even post settlement I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a property

saw an add on Facebook regarding our suburb, we already had a few agents in however didn't feel they were right for us. Jeremy was very professional and understanding of our concerns in regards to selling. He was adaptable when the original plan wasn't working, and within days of changing it, we reached our minimum offer. I have no idea how he managed such a high price on our property within the time frame but we can't thank you guys enough. Will recommend the company to all, good luck with future sales 💫

Steve's expert knowledge of the market was instrumental in my selling my property in Dunlop. It sold on the first viewing and I was happy with the price. He advised me on how to sell, changing the garden, painting and styling of my property. He went above and beyond his duties and assisted me in moving a sewing machine in a cabinet, which I forgot to move. He was there for the final inspection of my property.
