We highly recommend Steve and his team...they saved us. Our baby unexpectedly arrived 6 1/2 weeks early, which meant we were unable to finish our reno ourselves. Fortunately I had contacted Steve earlier on the same day I went into labour. He mentioned that he had previously been a builder and had a team of contacts who could complete our reno for us and save us a trip to Canberra, as we're located in Melbourne. We called him from hospital the next day and said to go ahead with the remainder of the reno and make arrangements to sell the property. To our surprise and delight, Steve and his team were able to complete the reno and sell the property, for the price we wanted, before our baby's original due date (ie. within 6 weeks). Steve and his team obtained quotes for the handyman, arranged for building inspections, conveyancer, tailored the strategy to our circumstances, organised marketing, stylists, contacted/showed interested buyers through the property, negotiated, etc. No problem was too small or too big and his team/contacts were able to close out all issues independently, as given our circumstances we could do very little. The team did such a great job that the property sold within 24 hours of going live on the real estate websites (to one of the contacts in his database) totally exceeding our expectations. We found him to be a personable easy-going guy and have already recommended him to a family member and would recommend him to anyone else - you can be confident he will get the job done. The speed in which they were able to remedy a difficult situation with an excellent outcome meant we were able to focus on our child, at the time, and have since been able to buy a home in Melbourne only 3 months later. Needless to say, we couldn't be happier.
