I found Steve really slow at getting back to me when I requested important documents like the contact for sale. When I called Steve I could never get through to him and he was slow to return my calls. Steve provided a lot of false information about the property just to sell it. Upon exchange I only received a key to the sliding door and garage so I had to spend money changing all the locks.

We had Steve manage the sale of our property after having met with a few other agents and proceeded with him because of the way he presented his business offerings and his overall attitude. It was a pleasure dealing with him and working through the maintenance of the house to get it ready for sale. He was very helpful and advised on the best and most cost effective ways to maximise our sale price. Communication was always excellent and he was always available to answer questions and discuss options. Have since used his agency to manage another property and again, the on-going engagement and communication has been excellent. Steve was recommended to me from a friend of mine who told me of Steve’s passion and enthusiasm towards the industry, that I think other agents have lost. On first meeting Steve I was impressed with the detail that he had studied my property and without request had created a full PowerPoint presentation regarding the strategy he intends to put into play. This was something different that no other agent had brought to the table mixed with his enthusiasm for the listing I gave Steve a shot , and I was not disappointed. He definitely went above and beyond in all aspects of the campaign, and I could feel the excitement in his voice when we had progress with the sale, Thisis comforting to know that the agent understands my emotional and finasial investment and treats the transaction as he is equally invested himself , Steve’s patient nature and respect for the buyers is something I have not seen in a realestate agent making both party’s feel like he is working to get both the best result without the pressure to make quick desisions on the spot .
