Steve was great, and because he was a builder was able to answer some questions we had about future remodelling. Even though we had a time crunch, we never felt pressured in any way but rather appreciated the supportive selling style, looking after their vendor's interest but also taking care of us as buyers. He also recommended a conveyancer close to us, who was fantastic as well. We will definitely be calling Steve when we want to buy an investment property.

Steve did a fantastic job when selling our home in Batemans Bay. He is based in Canberra, but without hesitation he would jump in his car and drive to the Bay to open the house for a potential buyer. He would go above and beyond ensuring that the house presented well even going and mowing our lawn before one open house. He achieved a price for the home that we didn't think was achievable, and we were over the moon with the outcome. Steve sold our house in early February 2017. He made the entire experience of selling our house a pleasurable one, we moved out and he took care of the rest. He was very easy to deal with, had great communication skills and put in that extra effort for us,(even getting works quoted for potential buyers), this enabled us to sell our house for a street record. I think his previous life as a builder and his 'can do attitude' provides him with an edge over other agents. We look forward to dealing with him in the future.
